The agreement was signed by Ahmed Mohsen, Chief Commercial Officer of Ziad Khalaf Holding Group, and Abdul Karim Swan, VP International Business of Esyasoft Holding Group, in the presence of executives from both parties.
Dr. Ziad Khalaf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Development Bank and Chairman of Ziad Khalaf Holding Group, welcomed this agreement, which he described as an important strategic step toward strengthening the energy sector, particularly in Iraq, through the group’s sister companies.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to combine the expertise of Ziad Khalaf Holding Group in various business sectors with Esyasoft’s advanced technologies to develop Iraq’s energy infrastructure, enhance technical capabilities, and achieve sustainable economic growth by attracting investment and creating new job opportunities. It is considered an important strategic step towards strengthening the energy sector in Iraq. The MoU will lay the foundation for revolutionizing Iraq’s energy infrastructure by innovating solutions in solar energy, smart grids powered by artificial intelligence, and energy storage to drive a sustainable energy transition in Iraq.
