وقعت الحكومة العراقية اتفاقية تعاون بقيمة ٨٥٠ مليون يورو مع إيطاليا.
تم توقيع ست مذكرات تفاهم بين عدد من شركات القطاع الخاص العراقي والشركات الإيطالية.
تحت إشراف رئيس الوزراء العراقي محمد شياع السوداني، أعلنت الحكومة العراقية اليوم (السبت) عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع إيطاليا لتمويل العديد من المشاريع الصناعية داخل العراق. تتضمن هذه الاتفاقية دعمًا من الحكومة الإيطالية لمجموعة من المشاريع بقيمة حوالي ٨٥٠ مليون يورو، تشمل قطاعات حيوية مثل الصناعة والطاقة والغذاء وغيرها.
إضافةً إلى ذلك، دخلت العديد من الشركات العراقية في القطاع الخاص في ست مذكرات تفاهم كبيرة بين رجال الأعمال العراقيين ونظرائهم الإيطاليين المتخصصين في توريد خطوط الإنتاج والمصانع.
في هذا السياق، قامت شركة تابعة لشركة زياد خلف القابضة بالشراكة مع الشركة الإيطالية Falorni لإنشاء مصنع زجاج بقيمة ١٥٠ مليون يورو. يُنظر إلى هذا المشروع باعتباره مبادرة رئيسية في إطار هذا التعاون، ويحظى بدعم من الشركة الإيطالية Sace وبرعاية الحكومة العراقية. تُعد هذه الاتفاقية واحدة من بين عدة عقود تهدف إلى توفير ستة مصانع للعراق كجزء من مبادرة الحكومة لدعم القطاع الخاص. إلى جانب منتجات الزجاج، تشمل الصفقة مجموعة متنوعة من المنتجات الأخرى، مثل المنتجات الصيدلانية وتربية الدواجن وإنتاج البيض ومعالجة الغاز المصاحب ومصنع الحديد.
تم التوقيع على الاتفاقيات خلال اجتماع خاص عُقد في مقر Sace في روما، في ظل سعي الحكومة العراقية نحو التنويع الاقتصادي، بهدف الحد من الاعتماد على قطاع النفط لصالح تعزيز الاقتصاد الصناعي. تُشكل هذه المناورات الاستراتيجية جزءًا لا يتجزأ من مبادرات الحكومة، والتي تقوم شركة زياد خلف القابضة بتنفيذها بنشاط من خلال تنفيذ عقد صناعات الزجاج والمشاركة في القطاعات المختلفة المحددة في الاتفاقيات.
بعد مراسم التوقيع، انتقل المشاركون إلى إجراء مناقشاتهم في السفارة العراقية بالعاصمة الإيطالية روما، حيث تواصلوا مع البنوك والشركات. وقد حضر هذا الاجتماع سعادة سفير الجمهورية العراقية في روما الدكتور سيوان بارزاني، والسفير الإيطالي في بغداد السيد موريزيو غريغانتي، إلى جانب أعضاء الوفد العراقي بقيادة السيد محمد الدراجي، مستشار رئيس الوزراء للشؤون الفنية. وضم الوفد أيضًا السفير حيدر العذاري، رئيس قسم أوروبا في وزارة الخارجية، ورئيس الوكالة الإيطالية للتصدير، فضلاً عن مجموعة كبيرة من المسؤولين ورجال الأعمال والمصرفيين.
تضمنت الاتفاقيات أيضًا ضمانات قروض، مما يسهل فرص الاستثمار الكبيرة في كل من القطاعين الصناعي والزراعي. ومن المتوقع أن تؤدي هذه المبادرة إلى زيادة إنتاج مجموعة واسعة من السلع المصنَّعة محليًا، مما سيوفر فرص عمل وفيرة للشباب العراقي ويقلل من الاعتماد على المنتجات المستوردة. وبالتالي، فإن هذا الجهد لا يعزز الاقتصاد العراقي فحسب، بل يتماشى أيضًا مع أهداف الحكومة لإعادة تأكيد مكانة العراق إقليميًا وعالميًا.
